The customer service representative was very helpful answering all questions, She was very thorough and friendly while she worked with me.I had some questions about whether I could use a Nintendo switch lite as a person with a disability who has the use of the left hand predominantly. She explained to me about the demo games available to play online so I can see if I would be able to play them.

The only thing she could not help me with was giving me a system to review for the disability community and the ease of playing its Nintendo switch systems. Great job!
Thank you,
Amy Nelson

E shopCard not working

I bought an e-shop card. It does not work.

I called the store and Nintendo customer service. Not only was there no answer, but when they did respond, neither of them could help.

It's frustrating that I spent my money on a specific thing and it's not working. It's just not a good image to portray when this is what you're offering paying customers.

It was good, my only problem was to find the exact timing since their respected website (Which I hope is official), gave the wrong timing or didn't specify which country that time belonged to, so I had to search for the Eastern Timeline and I found the right time on Toms Guide website, and I owe him a Thank you Honestly.

Great help for a problem that exists only for older people who like to give a neat package with a gift. The ecard didn't populate for me to make it look very good. I solved it with a screen shot. But wanted it to have a bit more pizazz!
